Concerning the death of this individual, Planning & Zoning has mandated security officers for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights for this establishment. They also mandated a video recording system. I am just curious if these two requirements were in place. It may have made a difference on the murder of this individual if the bar did not comply.

Forn the rather stupid, shallow and rather cliched article in the VMS today.

Look at our pathetic and polilical city staff and tell me there is no connection between the drop out rate, the lack of opportunities and the constant rewarding of cronies, camaradas and other incompetents.
