REPORTS: DA Villalobos indicted by federal grand jury

This writer has been reluctant to write anything about the unfonfirmed reports that Cameron County District Attorney Armando Villalobos has been indicted by a federal grand jury, but with no denials or statements, I am going to also post one of those reports.
Juan Montoya, of Rrun Rrun online publication, states it is a fact that Villalobos and Austin attorney Eddie Lucio (not the Valley’s Eddie Lucio) have been indicted.
Montoya is in Brownsville and nearer to the situation and is a credible reporter.
He says that it involves the convicted murderer Amit Livingston, who fled after being given 60 days in which to report to prison by disgraced state District Judge Abel Limas.
Livingston had been convicted in the murder of Hermilia Hernandez, 31, and was released on a $500,000 cash bond.
This was in April of 2007. The later charge against Livingston for fleeing the country expires in five years, which is April of this year.
Villalobos at the time said he protested the action of releasing Livingston.
Montoya says that Limas divided the $500,000 cash bond among Hernandez’s children and Lucio, former law partner of Villalobos.
It’s not clear about Villalobos part in all this, but apparently he was somehow in on the dividing of the money.
All this should be cleared up within days, when the indictment is unsealed.

We need to get rid of scum like Villalobos, speaking of which what is up with Luis Saenz has he already ran for the border! Oh Armando is going turn on that POS and all the other ones once he feels how tight those cuffs feel!!! Can’t wait till they go slap the cuffs on that crook too!!!

btw you should do a city employee poll and ask them what they think of our new Queen- since they really are the city’s real public servants! I think it is like 99.9 % of city employees will take a pay cut (including the city manager) if the city commission will agree to throw her ass over the arroyo!!!!

Luis Saenz convicted Kori and now he is going after your mayor. Then we will be in the best shape we have ever been in. These guys like the mayor who have never stepped inside a jail will sing like caneries. Oh what tangled weaves we weave when first we practice to deceive.

The Little F-g-Toy must have been taking some PROZAC when he wrote his comments. Look at the writings and you have one hell of a disturbed individual that uses excessive exclamation points to show us the anger and hate that he/she possesses. Besides exclamation points, the F-g-Toy uses capital letters in the writings to show us that he/she no longer can contain the hatred for individuals.
Only a Piece of S–t(POS) would hide behind a made up name. He called the DAWG out but being the F-G-Toy, the only choice was to run like a pussy up a tree hissing at everyone. you still have aurora de la garza, and then her son, Armando will snitch on Eddie Lucio and soon they will all snitch on Ernie Hernandez because he owes everyone.
Also being rumored is a corruption investigation that may have an indictment coming for sen lucio. Also hearing some guy named hector pena a former commisioner who got tied in with Limas for his sentencing for his fraud conviction and got a light sentence from Limas in exchange for some greenbacks.

The buzz is going on in Cameron County? Was Armando Villalobos indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday? There are so many rumors going around that the media is pulling at their hair to get the jump on the breaking news. If this is true, I can’t say that I am not surprised but feel for his family. Everyone in the county courthouse knew that Armando Villalobos was the public defender in Limas’ court before being elected to DA. Everyone knew he was associated and very good friends with Oscar De La Fuente and two others? Well, as they say? Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time!
Tony Chapa is not a man, if he was he would accept the challenge of Mr.Rubio. From what I read, Chapa insults a lot of people, even police officers through a cesspool, he calls a blog.
I am reminded of Juan Ortega, who hi-tailed his butt to the police dept. after another man wanted to mix it up with him, Tony and Ortega, are cowards.
