Another delay in connection with Limas case
Still another delay in connection with the former state District Judge Abel Limas scandal.
Port Isabel attorney Ray Marchan, who had been scheduled to go on trial in federal district court on Thursday, has been granted a delay until March.
He has pleaded not guilty to seven counts involving racketeering. He is free on a $100,000 unsecured bond.
