Another child porn charge as part of probe

With all the recent arrests and convictions in the Valley, it would seem like we are a center for child pornography.
It is true that this sick situation exists here, but with the federalales probing into it, there are more arrests everywhere.
One usually thinks of low life perverts who would resort to viewing, sending or otherwise involved in child porno would be some sort of sinister deviate. But no, if not many some of these people get off on seeing child sex acts and sending them to others are your everyday businessman, politician etc.
An example of this is that recently the head of the Pan American Airlines, which was trying to get involved in some major programs, was busted for child porn.
This man and other alleged sickos are allegedly involved in a network of child porn.
The latest arrest by the feds in their probe of the Valley child porno network was Roberto Garza, 26, of Pharr.
Homeland investigators filed charges agsinst him.
The criminal complaint states that he used a peer-to-peer network to download child porn photos.
Apparently, federal agents were able to track him throught his IP address.
Garza is reported to have admitted he downloaded and possessed child porno videos.
