Grand jury indicts woman in connection with motorcycle death

Taylor Nicole Ramirez has been indicted by a Cameron County Grand Jury in connection with the death of a motorcylist, it was reported Friday.
Ramirez, 23, of Harlingen, now is charged with intoxicated manslaughter in connection with the death of David Saldivar, 29.
She originally was charged with bodily intoxicated injury. She is accused of driving a car that struck the motorcycle driven by Saldivar on Aug. 30

    What I couldn’t understand, is this girl smiling as her booking picture is taken? Only proves the youth of this country and their total disregard of safety or respect. I hear that this girl was still out partying after the incident? If so, why hasn’t anybody done anything about it? Wasn’t she out on bond or something?
